With nearly 300 team members spread across five continents, we support over 1,000 enterprise customers, helping them streamline and manage all aspects of their day-to-day operations.Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner to help build strong candidate pipelines and manage the end-to-end recruiting process. This is a unique opportunity to be the first recruiting hire and play a key role in building out our talent acquisition function. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting talent with the right opportunities and will be comfortable wearing multiple hats, including assisting with HR administrative functions when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source, identify, and engage with top talent in the tech industry. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment strategies, and support hiring decisions.Screen and assess candidates for cultural fit, technical skills, and experience.Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams.Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Rippling experience preferred).Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.Support HR administrative functions such as employee documentation and scheduling, as needed.Qualifications2-5 years experience in tech recruiting or talent acquisition, with a focus on building and maintaining pipelines.Proven ability to manage multiple recruiting processes simultaneously.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Rippling experience preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.Experience with international recruiting is a plus.Experience with HR administrative tasks and onboarding is desirable.LocationThis role requires in-office presence three days per week at our Durham, NC office or can be fully remote for candidates located in Canada.BenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company match (US only)Opportunities for professional development and career growthPortside is an equal-opportunity employer.
