This role offers a multidisciplinary team environment with onsite PT, OT, SLP, Audiology, and Aquatic Therapy, plus opportunities for leadership and service-line growth. Our team prides itself on offering world-class, comprehensive services to our patients. We are looking to expand upon our Neurorehabilitation, Electrodiagnostic, Musculoskeletal, and Oncology service lines.Position Highlights: Outpatient, Non-Interventional PM&RFT and PT opportunities availableOpportunity to cover inpatient 1 weekend per monthManage musculoskeletal and neurorehabilitation patients across the lifespanProvide EMG/NCV diagnostics and ultrasound-guided procedures (preferred)Collaborate with therapists, education, social services, and community resourcesChampion evidence-based, goal-directed care in a transdisciplinary modelOption to teach residents and medical students at Brown University HealthRequirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)Eligible for Rhode Island medical licensureAbility to work in a multidisciplinary team2 3 years clinical experience preferred but not requiredCompensation & Benefits: Very competitive Base Salary $270-$350k DOE + RVU structure with high earnings potentialFull Malpractice with tail coverageCME/licensing/DEA allowance: $3,500/year401(k) with employer matchAcademic networking and leadership opportunitiesProvidence offers a vibrant, historic coastal setting with excellent quality of life, arts, dining, and professional collaboration opportunities.
