Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for a full-time, on-site role located in Providence, RI. The physician will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing patients, developing customized rehabilitation plans, and providing solutions for physical and functional challenges. Areas of focus include spine health, pain management, and comprehensive rehabilitation strategies. The role includes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and may involve teaching opportunities and contributions to clinical research. Qualifications Expertise in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with a focus on delivering individualized careExperience in treating spine-related conditions with evidence-based practicesProficiency in medicine and rehabilitation to support optimal patient recoveryStrong background in pain management, with a focus on non-invasive treatment approachesCommitment to excellent patient care, innovative treatment methods, and collaborative teamworkDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree and board certification in Physical Medicine and RehabilitationLicensure or eligibility for licensure to practice medicine in the state of Rhode IslandExperience in academic or research settings is welcomed but not requiredDemonstrates cultural competence and a commitment to working in a diverse healthcare environment
