This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment providing critical respiratory care to adult and neonatal patients. Position Details Title: Respiratory Therapist (RT) Location: Silverdale 98383 Shift: Nights – 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Pay: $1800 – $2000 Gross Weekly Employment Type: Contract Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive respiratory care to inpatient populations Perform and manage: Ventilator and BiPAP setup Nebulizer treatments ABG draws and analysis Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby Assist with intubations (not required to perform independently) Deliver care to: Primarily adult patients Occasional pediatric and neonatal cases Support Level II nursery/NICU patients, including: Bubble CPAP Neonates (32 weeks and above) Unit & Work Environment Department: Respiratory Therapy (Inpatient) Average Workload: ~25 treatments per day Team Support: 4+ RTs on night shift with lead therapist available Collaborative environment with strong clinical support Equipment & Systems Ventilators: PB 980 BiPAP/CPAP: Philips V60, Respironics Lumis Requirements Active Washington State RT License – Required BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications – Required CRT or RRT Certification – Accepted Strong experience with: Ventilator management NICU / Level II nursery care L&D support Must be comfortable in a fast-paced inpatient setting Schedule & Additional Info Weekend Requirement: Yes Holiday Requirement: Minimum one holiday Call Requirement: None Floating: Not required Dress Code: Personal scrubs (any color) ✨ Why Join This Role?
