AR Specialist

OverviewWe are seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to support the review and validation of customer contracts against system data. This role focuses on ensuring that billing, pricing, and terms are accurately reflected in internal systems, helping identify discrepancies and improve overall data integrity.This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and enjoys digging into contracts and systems to ensure accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and audit customer contracts against system records to ensure accuracy in billing, pricing, and termsIdentify and investigate discrepancies between contracts and what is set up in the systemWork closely with billing, finance, and operations teams to resolve issuesEnsure accurate setup and maintenance of customer accounts and billing informationSupport invoicing processes and validate that invoices align with contract termsDocument findings and track audit results, including any corrections madeHelp improve processes and controls around contract setup and billing accuracyAssist with AR reporting and reconciliation activities as neededRequired Qualifications2–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or contract reviewExperience working with contracts, pricing terms, and billing systemsStrong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in dataComfortable working in Excel and financial systemsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively with finance and business teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience in contract auditing or revenue validationFamiliarity with ERP or billing systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environmentBlueSky Resource Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
