Then keep reading - you've come to the right place.Role Description Form Energy is hiring a Senior Staff Project Manager to drive the success of early project deployments. This role reports into our Project Engineering team which is part of the Commercial Operations organization. The team is instrumental in designing, building, commissioning, and operating utility-scale storage projects and will be invaluable in scaling Form's breakthrough multi-day storage technology. You will lead project deployment and work closely with EPC partners and customers externally and with Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics internally. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission!This is a hybrid role, which will require working onsite from our Berkeley, CA office 3 days per week. Relocation assistance is available.What you'll do: Manage and track project budget, schedule, and scope, including change managementTrack project milestones and communicate project design and performance status to customers and other project partnersBe the main customer contact from Form Energy, responsible for outward communication and ongoing customer support, including contractual, technical and strategic mattersSupport the business development team's contract structuring, negotiations, and deal evaluationsIdentify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and execute mitigation actions as well as establishing a reporting process for budget visibilityManage outside vendor and contractor relationships from procurement through delivery and paymentTravel to client or project sites up to 30% of the timeWhat you'll bring: 9+ years of related experience in project management or leading engineering/product development9+ years of experience in energy project constructionResourceful and collaborative team player capable of working effectively with multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.High attention to detail and excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, and presentation skillsBachelor's degree or greater in engineering or a physical science#LI-Hybrid#LI-TR1Humanity is a cornerstone of Form Energy's culture, and we make sure our compensation and benefits reflect that.
