We invest heavily in performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with creative as the primary lever for scaling.This role will define how creative is developed, tested, and improved in a way that delivers consistent, measurable impact. You will operate at the intersection of creative strategy, media performance, and operational rigor — bringing structure to how ideas are generated, evaluated, and scaled.The OpportunityOur Brand Has Strong Momentum Across Paid Acquisition, With Meaningful Investment In Creative-driven Channels (7-8 Figure/month Across Meta, TikTok, And YouTube). The Next Phase Of Growth Requires a More Systematic Approach To How Creative IsDevelopedTestedLearned fromScaledThis role will shape that evolution.What You’ll OwnEstablish a clear, scalable approach to creative development and iteration across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.Define and implement creative testing frameworks that increase learning velocity and performance predictability.Translate performance data (CTR, hook rate, hold rate, CPA, ROAS) into actionable creative direction.Introduce repeatable workflows and standards across briefing, production, naming, and reporting.Increase creative throughput and iteration cadence to match channel demand.Partner closely with media buying and analytics to ensure tight alignment between spend, performance, and creative direction.Identify winning concepts and scale them across formats, audiences, and platforms.Contribute directly to creative strategy, ideation, and briefing, particularly for high-impact initiatives.Requirements7–12+ years in performance marketing, growth, or creative strategy roles.Deep experience driving results on Meta and TikTok (required), YouTube (strong plus).Proven ability to improve how teams test, learn from, and scale creative output.Strong understanding of performance metrics including hook rate, thumbstop rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.Comfort operating in fast-moving environments where structure must be created and reinforced over time.Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Track record of partnering effectively with media buyers, analysts, and creative producers.Experience increasing creative volume without sacrificing performance quality.What Success Looks LikeCreative output becomes predictable, scalable, and tightly linked to performance outcomes.Testing velocity increases significantly across all paid channels.Insights are consistently captured and translated into future creative direction.Clear alignment exists between creative, media spend, and growth targets.The organization operates with shared frameworks for how creative is evaluated and improved.Why This RoleCreative is the largest driver of performance across our paid channels — when paired with the right structure.
