This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong expertise in campaign setup, performance optimization, creative iteration, and data analysis.You will own campaigns end-to-end. From campaign configuration and launch to ongoing optimization and scale, you will ensure all campaigns are built accurately, tracked properly, and continuously improving against business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with strategy, creative, analytics, and account teams to drive measurable outcomes and turn media into a predictable growth engine. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage paid media strategies aligned to client objectives and performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CVR, etc.)Own campaign execution across platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic channelsCreate and maintain campaign configuration to ensure alignment across audience, creative, budget, and measurementOversee campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and launch readiness across all platformsMonitor and optimize campaign performance, identifying drivers of success and areas for improvementAnalyze creative performance (CTR, CVR, engagement, thumb-stop rate) to identify what’s working and whyTranslate performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations for creative and strategy teamsContinuously iterate on creative to combat fatigue and improve efficiency at scaleBuild and execute structured testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, and landing pagesManage budget pacing, allocation, and forecasting to ensure campaigns deliver on target and in fullEnsure accurate tracking and measurement, including pixel setup, conversion events, and UTM frameworksPartner with analytics teams to validate data integrity and resolve discrepanciesMaintain clean campaign structures and naming conventions for scalability and reportingDeliver clear performance reporting and communicate insights, risks, and opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated, full-funnel campaign executionLeverage AI and automation tools to improve speed, efficiency, and performanceQUALIFICATIONS 4-6 years of experience in performance media or digital marketing, ideally within an agency environmentHands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads ManagerStrong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysisExperience with tracking, tagging, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4 or similar)Familiarity with creative testing and performance-driven iterationProficiency in Excel/Sheets and comfort working with data and performance metricsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with strong attention to detailStrong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience working in cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, analytics)BENEFITS Glue-IQ pays 100% of Health plan premium (health, dental, vision) Hybrid working environment; 3 days (of choice) required in-office 401k Plan Client-specific benefits and perks Office is the heart of Coral Gables ABOUT GLUEIQ GlueIQ is the brainchild of our collective obsession with Creativity, Culture, and Tech.
