RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Director, External Reporting, with technical accounting research and documentation on complex topics, new transactions, and ad hoc requests within a pre-IPO, SaaS environmentPerform monthly reconciliations, including equity compensation accounting, reserve analysis, and award processing in a cloud-based financial environmentPrepare timely and accurate monthly and ad hoc reporting for senior leadershipAdminister equity grants for employees and Board members, ensuring compliance with plan terms and internal policiesExecute accounting and reporting processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy) and oversee insider reporting (Forms 3, 4, 5)Prepare and maintain reporting documentation and electronic workpapers using Workiva (Wdesk), ensuring consistency and version controlSupport earnings releases and Board/Audit Committee materials leveraging Workiva reporting capabilitiesAssist with external audits and quarterly reviews in a SOX-controlled environmentEvaluate compliance with accounting policies and internal controlsParticipate in M&A activities, including due diligence, integration, and purchase accountingSupport global operations across multiple entities and currenciesPartner with Finance and IT on system enhancements, including SAP and Workiva integrationsContribute to ASC 606 (SaaS revenue recognition) and other GAAP initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, scaling organizationMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBS/BA in Accounting5–10+ years of SEC reporting and technical accounting experience, including 3–5 years in public accountingExperience in a pre-IPO or publicly traded technology company preferredStrong knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA or ECC) or similar ERP systemsHands-on experience with Workiva (Wdesk), including reporting and/or implementationExperience with Active Disclosure or similar SEC reporting tools (Workiva preferred)Proficiency with Excel reporting tools (GSS, SAP BPC, or similar)Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606M&A exposure is a plusAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong communication, organizational, and analytical skillsDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to work independentlyCollaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skillsBase Salary is $130,000 - 165,000
