Required* Supervisory experience. PreferredSkills and Abilities* Able to function as a supervisor of large groups of people of varying ages and backgrounds. (Preferred proficiency)Licenses and Certifications* Drivers License - DMV Current Valid Driver's License and Clean MVR with 3-year baseline and annual MVR review. RequiredWhat you will doResponsible for daily scheduling of Couriers and Logistics Staff. Responsible for daily operation of local and regional courier services and able to perform as a substitute courier.Maintains a working knowledge of mailroom operations and is able to perform as a substitute mailroom clerk.Understands and is capable of performing all tasks of a Logistics Technician.Develops standard work documents and supports process when multiple departments are involved.Is key mentor to new staff.Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of LEAN concepts.
