The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend development, cloud-native applications, DevOps practices, and modern frontend technologies such as React.js and TypeScript. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, API development expertise, and experience working in Agile environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.Build and enhance microservices-based applications using Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and JSON.Develop backend services with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security.Create and integrate REST APIs and troubleshoot API-related issues.Develop frontend components using React.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Work with Kafka and Redis for event-driven and distributed applications.Develop and optimize SQL queries and work with relational databases.Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Docker and OpenShift.Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and production issue triaging.Ensure application security using JWT, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSL Certificates, and security best practices.Create and maintain API documentation using Swagger and support SOAP integrations where required.Required Skills5+ years of experience in Java application development.Strong expertise in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).5+ years of experience developing Microservices.3+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot.Experience building RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and JSON.Strong experience with JavaScript, React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience with Node.js.Experience with Kafka and Redis.Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Experience with API development and testing tools:IntelliJ IDEAEclipseVS CodePostmanGitCucumberExperience with Docker and OpenShift.Knowledge of DevOps practices including:CI/CDContainersCloud platformsAutomationConfiguration ManagementExperience with Swagger and SOAP services.Knowledge of authentication and security protocols:JWTOAuth 2.0OpenID Connect (OIDC)SSL CertificatesStrong understanding of Agile methodologies.Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
