Position Title : Logistics SpecialistTotal hours of week : 35hWorking Style: at least 3 days in office per weekSalary: $60,000-$70,000FLSA Status: Temporary to Direct HireReport to : Senior Director & Dept ManagerPosition Summary : Coordinate semiconductor shipments in accordance with the customer requirements and prepare invoices and shipping documentsESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:Coordinate semiconductor shipments in accordance with customer requirements, and prepare invoices and shipping documentsPrepare purchase orders, keep truck of delivery schedules and update with customersMaintain import/export compliance requirements and documentation, verify import duty rateResolve customer issues regarding product fulfillment and billingManage accounts receivable and payableTrack and prepare monthly semiconductor sales, purchases, and inventory reportsMonitor and maintain product inventoriesMaintain and update product websitesMINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in business related field, or equivalent experienceMINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS:One - two years of experience in accounting and/or import/exportQuickBooks experience requiredJapanese bilingualRequires excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to work in a multi-cultural business environmentRequires excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
