Customer Service/ Office Assistant
Our client, a reputable organization in the service industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service/ Office Assistant to join their team. As a Customer Service/ Office Assistant, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer interactions. Job Title: Customer Service/ Office Assistant
Location: Catskill, NY
Pay Range: $20.00/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
What's the Job?
Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service via phone and in-person interactions
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
Support office operations by coordinating appointments and maintaining office supplies
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors
What's Needed?
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
No prior experience required; willingness to learn and grow in the role
