Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Cairo, NY. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency. Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a well-organized reception area. Additional duties may involve administrative support tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management. Qualifications Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsProficiency in managing phone systems, scheduling, and handling administrative tasksOrganizational and multitasking abilities to maintain an efficient front desk operationBasic computer skills, including proficiency with email, document handling, and scheduling toolsAbility to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactionsPrevious receptionist or front desk experience is preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are advantageous
