The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega architecture, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience driving complex solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Pega applications.Create and own High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.Analyze business requirements and break down user stories into actionable tasks.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.Actively participate in development, ensuring hands-on contribution when needed.Manage and prioritize tasks based on urgency, impact, and business needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and clients.Provide daily status updates and progress reporting to leadership and clients.Govern and maintain documentation in Confluence/SharePoint.Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, standards, and frameworks.Required Qualifications:Pega Certifications:Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) – MandatoryPega Lead System Architect (LSA-1) – MandatoryBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.10+ years of experience in Pega development and architecture.
