Temporary Receptionist (1-Week Assignment) About the Role A leading real estate investment and asset management firm is seeking a polished and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide front desk coverage for a one-week assignment. This role will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain professionalism while multitasking efficiently. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests, clients, and employees in a professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Manage conference room scheduling and office coordination Handle mail, deliveries, and outgoing packages Maintain a clean and organized reception and common office areas Provide administrative support to internal teams as needed Assist with scheduling, filing, data entry, and document preparation Coordinate refreshments and meeting setup for visitors and executives Support day-to-day office operations and special projects as assigned Qualifications Prior receptionist, front desk, administrative, or office support experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional presentation and demeanor Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented Assignment Details Temporary 1-week assignment Full-time hours during standard business operations On-site position Miami, FL
