The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise in React and TypeScript on the frontend, paired with solid Node.js backend development skills and a deep understanding of backend architecture. This role requires a Dallas-based local candidate available for on-site/hybrid collaboration as needed.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScriptArchitect scalable, maintainable, and secure backend services and APIsCollaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutionsOptimize application performance across frontend and backend layersWrite clean, well-tested, and well-documented code following best practicesParticipate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design decisionsTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely mannerMentor junior/mid-level developers on coding standards and architectural patternsRequired Skills & Qualifications:7–8 years of professional full stack development experienceStrong, demonstrable expertise in React (hooks, state management, component architecture)Strong proficiency in TypeScript (types, interfaces, generics, strict typing practices)Solid experience with Node.js for backend/API developmentProven experience with backend architecture design (microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, database design, scalability patterns)Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databasesStrong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and system architectureExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsMust be local to Dallas, TX (no relocation/remote-only candidates)Thank you!Amit JhaSenior Recruiter | Beacon Fire Inc.amitj@beaconfireinc.com
