Founding Engineer

Seed-stage venture using AI to modernize pediatric therapy and streamline clinician workflows. You are the engineer who sees code as a direct lever for better child development outcomes, not just a technical exercise. In this on-site San Francisco role, you will architect the core platform from the ground up, blending reactive front-end interfaces with Langchain-driven automation to reduce administrative burdens for therapists. Your work will immediately shape how families access care and how clinicians manage their practice, requiring a builder who thrives on ambiguity and tangible impact. What we're looking for: 4+ years of professional experience shipping production software with TypeScript and React. Practical experience integrating LLM tooling such as Langchain into user-facing applications. Deep interest in healthcare, insurance infrastructure, or child welfare systems.
