Job DescriptionWe are partnered with a well-established and respected fire protection and life safety contractor in the area who is seeking a Fire Alarm Technician to join their growing team. This organization values employee growth, long-term stability, a positive team-oriented work environment and will provide training if according to an individuals experience and skillset.Qualifications:1+ years of experience as a Fire Alarm TechnicianNICET Level I-III in Fire Alarm Systems preferredStrong working knowledge of NFPA 72 and local fire codes preferredExperience installing, testing, inspecting, and servicing fire alarm systemsAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a teamValid driver's license and ability to travel to job sitesResponsibilities:Install, program, inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systemsTroubleshoot system issues and perform necessary repairsEnsure systems comply with NFPA standards and AHJ requirementsAccurately document inspections, deficiencies, and repairsCommunicate with customers, inspectors, and project teamsSupport commissioning and acceptance testing when requiredTake the next step in your career - APPLY NOW!Please contact me directly at wes.dodd@gogpac.com or 816-643-3708 for more information.
