We believe in providing staffing solutions to address the current talent gap – Right Talent – Right Time – Right Place – Right Price and acting as a Career Coach to our consultants.Company: One of Our ClientsJob Description:Title: Senior Scientist - Bioanalytical (Ligand Binding Assay/LBA)Duration: 08 months contractLocation: West Point, PA 19486Shift: Standard Business HoursPay Rate: $50.00- $53.45/hr. on W2Position Summary • Perform bioanalytical laboratory work within a GLP environment supporting biological sample analysis. • Develop, validate, and implement ligand binding assays (LBA) to support bioanalytical projects. • Prepare reports, documentation, and regulatory submission materials. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Drug Safety, Metabolism, and Quality Assurance.Responsibilities • Independently develop, optimize, and troubleshoot ligand binding assay (LBA) methods. • Write and implement bioanalytical methods with focus on quality and efficiency. • Perform LBA assays including sample preparation, instrument setup, data processing, and interpretation. • Establish LBA capabilities including equipment setup, lab workflows, and processes. • Ensure all documentation is accurate, real-time, and compliant with GLP and departmental guidelines. • Prepare sample analysis and validation reports independently. • Assemble documentation for regulatory submissions. • Maintain compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and training requirements. • Work independently to meet project timelines and deliverables. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Drug Safety, Metabolism, QA, and program management. • Support additional bioanalytical assignments as required.QualificationsEducation: • Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline with 3+ years of industrial experience OR • Master's degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline with 7+ years of industrial experienceExperience: • Experience developing, validating, and implementing ligand binding assays under GLP • Experience working in a bioanalytical laboratory environment • Experience with Watson or other LIMS systems • Experience with LC-MS/MS assays preferredSkills: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities • Team-oriented with cross-functional collaboration skills • Highly motivated with strong learning agilityIshendra Singh(Ishaan)Pharma RecruiterNet2Source Inc.270 Davidson Ave, Suite 704, Somerset, NJ 08873, USADirect: +1 (551)-325-3316| Fax: (201) 221 8131Email: singh.ishendra@net2source.com
