Molecular Biology Scientist IILocation: 770 Sumneytown Pike, West Point, PARate: $35/HR on W2Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's Degree in life science related fields with at least 2 years of lab experience.Master's Degree in life science related fields.Skills:Requires at least one year experience in the application of Molecular Biology laboratory techniques in industrial or academic settings.Experience in the use of basic laboratory techniques, including ELISA, DNA and RNA extraction, PCR, RT-PCR, protein and nucleic acid gel electrophoresis, cloning, restriction enzyme digests, transformations, etc.Note:12 months assignment. Lab based role. 100% onsite.Responsibilities:Molecular Biologist / Scientist Duties:Carry out standard operating procedures involving basic laboratory techniques, operation of laboratory equipment and record keeping necessary to a research laboratory.Responsible for E-notebook records.
