Residence Inn Denver City Center - Preventative Maintenance Technician

We are looking for Full Time candidates who are open to working a maximum of 32 hours per week on a rotating schedule - either 8am-430pm. or PRIMARILY 230pm-11pm. You'll help guests, respond to work orders, and maybe even take the wheel of the shuttle van (at some properties). Safety and efficiency are your superpowers!KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIESFix-It Pro: Master the art of preventative maintenance-whether it's swapping bulbs, patching vinyl, touching up paint, or repairing furniture and tiles, you'll keep everything looking sharp and running smoothly.Equipment Whisperer: Take charge of repairs and tune-ups for ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen gadgets, laundry gear, HVAC systems, and even the swimming pool and hot tub, ensuring peak performance all around.Safety Hero: Respond quickly to alarms, investigate their cause, and report findings to the Front Desk, keeping everyone safe and in the know.Trusted Access: Act responsibly with access to sensitive hotel areas and information-including safes, master keys, storage rooms, and secured files-always maintaining a high level of integrity and trust.Guest Connection: Interact with guests and colleagues, sometimes unsupervised, represent the company with professionalism and good judgment, and drive safely when needed for business.
