The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for fixing and maintaining mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines. Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs, and heating and air conditioning system maintenance.This is an in-person position located on-site of the property.
