This role will design, build, and support scalable full stack solutions while also leading efforts in machine learning, advanced AI modeling, chatbot development, and multi-cloud architecture across Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).The ideal candidate will have experience integrating diverse data sources, developing modern web applications, building intelligent conversational solutions, and designing secure, scalable cloud architectures that support AI-enabled business capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using Python for backend services and React for frontend/UI components.Build scalable APIs, services, and application integrations that support enterprise platforms and digital products.Develop modern, responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React and contemporary frontend engineering practices.Architect, build, and deploy cloud-native applications across Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and AWS.Design and implement cloud development architectures that are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise standards.Build and support machine learning pipelines using data from multiple structured and unstructured sources.Design, train, validate, optimize, and deploy complex AI/ML models for advanced business and operational use cases.Develop and integrate chatbots and conversational AI solutions using modern NLP, orchestration, and enterprise integration patterns.Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, data, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.Implement CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and deployment processes for applications and AI solutions.Ensure solutions meet standards for performance, reliability, maintainability, security, and scalability.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across frontend, backend, cloud, integration, and AI/ML components.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong hands-on experience in full stack software engineering.Strong proficiency in Python for backend/application development.Strong experience with React for frontend/UI engineering.Experience developing and consuming REST APIs, microservices, and distributed application services.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure development and deployment.Experience designing and implementing solutions in AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Experience developing machine learning solutions using multiple and diverse data sets.Experience with advanced AI modeling, model evaluation, optimization, and deployment.Experience building or integrating chatbots or conversational AI solutions.Strong understanding of cloud architecture, software design, security, and system scalability.Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipeline design, infrastructure as code, automated deployments, environment management, monitoring, and release support across cloud platforms.Experience working with relational, NoSQL, and vector databases.EEO: “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
