You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks and customer interactions to ensure the seamless operation of our sales department.Key Responsibilities1.    Customer Engagementa.    Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.b.    Provide friendly, informative, and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.c.     Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.2.    Sales Supporta.    Collaborate with sales team to process sales orders accurately and efficiently.b.    Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure data accuracy.c.     Prepare and distribute sales reports and assist in analyzing sales data.3.    Product Knowledgea.    Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends.b.    Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and inquiries.c.     Contribute to improving the overall product knowledge of the sales team.  4.    Sales Team Assistancea.    Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.b.    Help in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other materials.c.     Liaise with various internal departments and warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment.5.    Order Processinga.    Takes on responsibilities involving communications, logistics, scheduling, and processing of transactions.b.    Oversees the overall order process from transaction to fulfillment of order to receipt of goods.c.     Assists AR Department with invoice related tasks (creating invoices, monitoring payment status and reissuance of invoices.6.    Inventory Oversighta.    Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for product availability.b.    Assist in managing returns, exchanges, and order adjustments.c.     Contribute to inventory optimization efforts.**Please note that these responsibilities may change in accordance with changes in the organization.Qualifications·      1-2 years proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a sales support or customer service capacity.·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).·      Strong verbal and written communication skills.·      Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.·      Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.·      Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.·      A passion for education and prior experience in the education industry is advantageous.CompensationWe offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
