Operations Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION:• Ownership and management of the monthly and quarterly company customer shipping goal. This includes daily throughput tracking and reporting of progress towards the goal.• Control of the COP order fulfillment processes and alignment of the Land air and ICS locations for customer and professional shipments.• Administration of data management for sku mappings, new sku's, and any data management related requests. Includes follow up with Packaging on any products with missing or incorrect• Process management and compliance for 3rd party warehouse providers.• Ownership of the operations process manual and the flowcharting programs.• Tracking of WH 3PL KPI's, interface with 3PL's to make improvements to the operation and track open book costing with our 3PL providers.• Administration and control of all warehouse-related EDI transactions. This includes monitoring the EDI kickout report and corrective actions for all warehouse IDOCS transactions.• Administrative control of all Continuous Improvement Team (CIT) projects directed at creating warehousing efficiencies and/or reducing warehousing expenses. Act as an expert to own the warehousing operations & make consistent improvements.• Interface with quality assurance, regulatory, EOHS, security, and global logistics to provide process and policy information and documentation as necessary.• Administrative control of all warehouse operations audits, with both CPUS internal financial auditors and with the audit firm of Price Waterhouse.• Ensure operational customer shipment documentation compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and Colgate company guidelines.• Administrative control of specialty packaging production requests for repack or rework projects at the warehouses.• Management of the Over, Short, and Damage (OS&D) program for Operations.• This includes the processing of all approved Bill Not Ship (BNS) and Ship Not Bill (SNB) order adjustments to ensure proper credit is adjusted to customer and inventories.EDUCATION:
