Resource Planning OfficerThe selectee will serve as a Resource Planning Officer in the Office of Field Operations. Typical work assignments include:Assessing various field operational programs effectiveness and identifying opportunities to improve their performance through staffing and resources allocations.Evaluating workforce planning efforts and allocation of staff across field operations and developing strategic plans that ensure optimal use of resources.Leading and participating in special projects that impact field operational programs; and developing proposals, policy changes; enhanced automated and technological systems, best practices, and guidance.Addressing sensitive and sometimes controversial administrative program issues with stakeholders at varying levels.Apply for this exciting opportunity to impact the ability of the Secret Service to complete its investigative, protective and support mission.
