Human Resources Specialist

Job OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist based in Latin America to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources, strong communication skills, and experience working with modern HR and collaboration tools. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting both employees and leadership.Work Schedule: 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Times, Los Angeles, CA time, with one hour unpaid breakKey Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding and offboardingMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor lawsSupport recruitment efforts, including screening candidates and coordinating interviewsAssist with employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely mannerCoordinate performance management processes and support HR initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR workflows and processesEnsure accurate documentation and reporting within HR systemsQualifications:3–5 years of proven experience in Human Resources or a related fieldHR certification(s) preferredBased in Latin AmericaBilingual (English and Spanish) preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentTechnical Requirements:Experience using Zoho (HRIS or CRM)Familiarity with Asana for task/project managementProficiency in Slack for team communicationExperience with RingCentral or similar VOIP/communication platformsIndependent Contractor PerksHealth insurance in eligible locationsPermanent work from homeImmediate hiringNotePlease click the "Apply" button to complete your application, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording.
