This person will be the backbone of the HR function, ensuring employee records are accurate, onboarding and offboarding processes run smoothly, and team members feel supported throughout their journey.This is a detail-oriented role that requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and clear communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable handling sensitive information.This is a full-time, long-term remote position.Schedule: Monday - Friday, central standard US business hoursKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, equipment requests, and schedulingMaintain and update employee records within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and complianceSupport recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and communicating with candidatesAssist with audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposesDraft internal communications and support company-wide initiatives and culture eventsProvide general administrative support to the People Operations teamWhat We’re Looking ForMust-Have Qualifications1–2 years of experience in an administrative role (HR experience is a plus)Strong organizational skills and high attention to detailHigh level of discretion and ability to handle confidential informationClear, professional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Google WorkspaceAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyNice-to-Have QualificationsExperience with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto, Workday)Exposure to HR processes such as onboarding, compliance, or employee lifecycle managementInterest in improving processes and contributing ideasPerksCompetitive USD paymentPaid Time Off: 14 days + 10 company holidays
