Customer Care Specialist - REMOTE ROLE The Customer Support Liaison will serve as the primary liaison between Clinical Account Executives, Sales Leadership, product manufacturing facilities and customers to better understand current and future supply demands, capacity constraints and manage concerns coming from customers. The Customer Support Liaison will manage and enhance the customer experience as it pertains to SOFIE distribution network for all products across SOFIE Portfolio · Build Customer Experience by ensuring Customers receive the highest level of communication and service standards · Establish, implement and monitor production/delivery Customer Escalation Process · Respond to stressful situations and emergencies in a calm, professional manner while maintaining Company Culture standards · Ensure all Customers receive a timely follow up communication following an Operations/Delivery issue · Consistent communication with local CAE on actions needed post follow up · Input all customer impact situations in salesforce · Provide “check in calls” per CAE requests on customers needed in touch point · Provide customer feedback to sales leadership · Assist CAE’s with customer prospecting, sales related intel and targeted marketing · Provide inside Sales support · Assist in the development and implementation of Marketing tools and initiatives · Other duties as assigned Requirements: · NM Professional with experience in all radiopharmaceutical products · Proficient with Salesforce · Excellent communication skills · Customer service experience · Fluency in English
