This position supports day-to-day operational activities, including collecting and analyzing data related to business processes, financial performance, and customer service metrics. The analyst helps prepare operational and financial reports, supports accounting and billing processes, and assists in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to clarify requirements, document procedures, and respond to operational inquiries, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
