The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, deploying, and operating Amazon EKS clusters at scale, along with a strong foundation in Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS services, and containerization.Key Responsibilities:Architect, provision, and manage Amazon EKS clusters in production environments.Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-availability Kubernetes solutions on AWS.Automate EKS infrastructure deployment using Terraform.Optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of container workloads.Manage Kubernetes add-ons (e.g., CoreDNS, Kube-proxy, Metrics Server, Ingress Controllers).Integrate monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).Implement and manage CI/CD workflows targeting Kubernetes.Collaborate with security and networking teams to enforce best practices around IAM, VPC, security groups, and pod security policies.Troubleshoot EKS/Kubernetes issues and ensure cluster health.Required Skills & Experience:4–6+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, with at least 2 years focused on Amazon EKS.Strong experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code for provisioning AWS/EKS resources.Deep understanding of AWS core services, especially IAM, VPC, EC2, CloudWatch, and Load Balancers.Proficient in container technologies such as Docker.Experience with Kubernetes components: Helm charts, namespaces, RBAC, secrets, ConfigMaps, etc.Strong skills in scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.).Preferred Certifications:AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – ProfessionalAWS Certified Solutions Architect – ProfessionalCertified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
