You will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive and compassionate care to adult and pediatric patients with a wide range of ENT conditions. Working collaboratively with other physicians, nurses, and a dedicated healthcare team, you'll ensure timely interventions, effective treatment plans, and supportive care for all patients. Who You Are Board certified (BC) or board-eligible in Otolaryngology. Active Missouri medical license (or eligibility for expedited licensure through IMLC) is mandatory. A passion for ENT surgery and a commitment to providing exceptional and compassionate care are essential. You possess strong clinical skills and experience managing a diverse range of adult and pediatric ENT conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Experience with telehealth is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with patients, families, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
