Job Title: Vice President of Dealer Operations Location: [USA]Department: Operations / Commercial / Dealer Network ManagementReports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and strategically driven Vice President of Dealer Operations to lead and optimize our dealer ecosystem while leveraging blockchain technologies to modernize operational infrastructure, transparency, and partner engagement. The ideal candidate will oversee dealer performance, operational excellence, distribution strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and blockchain-based solutions that improve traceability, contract management, inventory visibility, and dealer incentive programs.This executive leader will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technology, supply chain, finance, legal, and external dealer partners to build scalable systems that enhance efficiency, strengthen dealer relationships, and support sustainable business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDealer Network Leadership & StrategyDevelop and execute enterprise-wide dealer operations strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.Lead dealer network expansion, performance optimization, and operational standardization initiatives.Establish KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate dealer effectiveness and profitability.Drive dealer engagement programs and improve partner satisfaction and retention.Oversee dealer onboarding, training, compliance, and performance management frameworks.Build scalable operational processes across regional and international dealer networks.Blockchain Technology IntegrationLead implementation of blockchain-enabled dealer ecosystem solutions to improve visibility and operational trust.Design blockchain-based smart contract frameworks for dealer agreements, commissions, rebate structures, and incentive management.Establish distributed ledger systems for product authenticity verification and transaction validation.Implement blockchain-powered inventory tracking to provide real-time transparency throughout the dealer supply chain.Utilize blockchain systems for immutable audit trails and compliance reporting.Develop tokenized dealer loyalty and rewards programs where applicable.Partner with technology teams to assess emerging Web3 capabilities and enterprise blockchain opportunities.Operational ExcellenceOptimize inventory flow, logistics coordination, and order fulfillment processes across dealer channels.Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Lead process automation and digital transformation efforts to reduce costs and increase efficiency.Monitor operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.Manage budgets, forecasting activities, and resource allocation.Cross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate with Sales leadership to align dealer strategies with revenue goals.Partner with IT and product development teams on systems integration and digital infrastructure projects.Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams regarding contracts, regulatory requirements, and data governance.Provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and board stakeholders.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.MBA or advanced degree preferred.10+ years of progressive leadership experience in dealer operations, channel management, supply chain, or commercial operations.Minimum 5+ years in senior executive leadership roles.Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise technology solutions.Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, distributed ledger systems, and digital transformation initiatives.Experience managing large-scale dealer or partner ecosystems.Strong financial, analytical, and operational management capabilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polygon, Solana, or enterprise blockchain environments.Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and supply chain management systems.Experience with AI-driven analytics and predictive operational models.Background in automotive, manufacturing, retail distribution, luxury goods, electronics, or similar dealer-based industries.Familiarity with Web3 business applications and tokenized ecosystems
