Company DescriptionAZYR Specs sources rare vintage and deadstock eyewear from around the world, refining frames with new lenses using a licensed Optician while preserving their history, craftsmanship, and individuality. What began through a background in costume design and archival fashion has evolved into a growing global brand with partnerships across fashion, retail, film, and creative industries. Our showroom is based in lower Manhattan, with operations currently growing to various cities nationwide.This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of luxury, logistics, and culture.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and excited by the opportunity to help shape a rapidly growing company from the inside out.Responsibilities include:• Overseeing day-to-day showroom operations and appointments• Managing inventory systems, organization, and product flow• Coordinating pop-ups, events, and logistics with contractors, interns, and part-time staff• Assisting with wholesale and retail relationships• Supporting customer experience and client communications• Managing schedules, timelines, and operational follow-through• Helping implement systems and SOPs as the company scales• Maintaining organization across Shopify, Google Drive, inventory databases, and internal systemsQualifications:• Strong organizational and communication skills• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment• Ability to manage people, natural leadership skills• Interest in fashion, design, vintage, or cultural industries• Experience in operations, studio management, retail operations, production coordination, or similar roles preferred• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative• NYC-based • Familiarity with Shopify, Google Sheets, Canva, Lightroom, or Meta Business Suite is a plusThis is not a traditional corporate role.
