Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**- Lead daily operations as Cardiovascular Operating Room Supervisor, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and efficient CVOR workflow across surgical services.- Supervise direct patient care in the CVOR, optimizing clinical quality, safety standards, and compliance for cardiovascular surgical procedures.- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support seamless care coordination and positive surgical patient outcomes.- Develop and mentor licensed surgical staff through training and performance management to strengthen team capability and elevate patient care delivery.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ One or more of the following required:+ Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ Certified Registered Nurse specializing in First Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.+ Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.+ Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
