At AMH, our goal is to simplify the experience of leasing a home through professional management and maintenance support, so our residents can focus on what really matters to them, wherever they are in life.The Product Analyst is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing the company's platform products. Analyzes product performance and requirements, troubleshoots complex issues, and ensures products operate efficiently. The Product Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional product engineering teams and business stakeholders to support and enhance product functionality.Responsibilities:Analyze current products and identify areas for improvement. Create detailed specifications and diagrams to guide product development. Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide ongoing product support, addressing any issues that arise.Research and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing. Identify pain points and areas for improvement in the user experience. Work with the Product Team to develop and test new features and enhancements. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain stakeholder approval.Collaborate with product engineering teams to deliver new products to end users. Provide assistance during the deployment and launch process.Create and maintain technical product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and training materials. Communicate product updates and changes to internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, statistics, relative field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.Minimum three (3) years of experience in product analysis, market research, or a related role.Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).Experience in the tech or software industry preferred.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies preferred.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; and knowledge of market research methodologies and best practices.Knowledge of data analysis techniques and statistical methods; understanding of product lifecycle and development stages; awareness of industry trends and best practices; and familiarity with customer behavior and feedback collection methods.CompensationThe anticipated pay range/scale for this position is commensurate with experience. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.Additional CompensationThis position is eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus.Perks and BenefitsEmployees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental and vision insurance; flexible spending accounts and/or health savings accounts; dependent savings accounts; 401(k) with company matching contributions; employee stock purchase plan; and a tuition reimbursement program.
