Business Analyst

Client : State of SCTitle :Business Analyst Project LeadJob type: Remote (remote aside from occasional in-person site visits which can be expected to occur on a quarterly basis in addition to their start date to receive equipment.)Location: Cayce, SCDescription:The candidates will work closely with the Assigned Section Manager to identify,prioritize, and schedule workload and implement IT standards and procedures. Thecandidates will work closely with customers and subject matter experts for theconfiguration, testing, validation, implementation, and support of the EHR. Thecandidates will work with customers to define, design, and implement custom reportswithin the EHR including but not limited to using Cerner CCL.This will also include compliance with DPH security policy/procedures as well asintegrating systems, when possible, to streamline staff workflows, user security, anddata correction.The position will be utilized for 40 hours per week for the duration of this project. Theselected candidate should be able to work flexible hours where it may be necessaryfor work to be completed outside traditional business hours.Module support of the project.• DPH will require that selected personnel sign the DPH confidential agreementand/or Business Associate (BA) agreement if applicable. All web services mustbe secure.• DPH will not accept any offers including an “up-lift” charge. The rate paid perconsultant must not exceed the established maximum rate.• Follow agency IT Standards, policies, and procedures to includedocumentation.• All source code (compiled and un-compiled) will become the sole property ofthe South Carolina Department of Public Health. Any source code, data,product, or functionality resulting from this SOW or previouslyowned/developed by DPH will remain the sole property of DPH and is not tobe incorporated into the core product of any vendor's application. Anymodifications and interfaces developed under said contract will not be used bythe contractor for any independent project of the contractor or published orpublicized by the contractor without written permission of DPH.Payment Schedule:All timesheets shall be entered and approved weekly, and invoices will be submittedand paid monthly.
