Project Coordinator/Engineer

Job Description Responsibilities· Performing research and completing technical design tasks as required and/or assigned, under the direction & supervision of a professional engineer· Preparing construction documents for public and/or private public works infrastructure projects from conceptual to final design, under the direction & supervision of a professional engineer· Assisting in construction administration, under the direction & supervision of a professional engineer· Assisting in the preparation of proposals, reports, opinion of probable cost, construction specifications and contract documents, under the direction & supervision of a professional engineer· Establishing good communication and collaborative working relationships with team members & clients· Organizing and scheduling your own work, and at times, the work of other team members in order to accomplish project goals within established budgets and schedules· Effectively coordinating & collaborating with technical experts, other engineering design teams and sub-consultantsQualifications· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering· Passing of FE Exam & EIT Certification preferred· 2-6 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on municipal projects· Strong commitment to professional development· Demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with other team members in a team-oriented environment· Ability to effectively organize and schedule work to meet deadlines· Strong technical expertise in municipal water, wastewater, and drainage infrastructure· Excellent communication, client relationship, and project management skillsEqual Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected VeteransThe Know Your Rights poster is available here:https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023 -06/22- 088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdfThe pay transparency policy is available here:https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay - transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdfFor temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
