Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive testing analysis across various healthcare and financial modules; assess business objectives, evaluate system impacts, and define high-level manual test strategies.
Rigorously evaluate workflows to identify quality gaps and recommend strategic testing enhancements to maximize data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Oversee and execute Quality Assurance (QA) and development activities, including participating in design reviews, leading detailed integration testing, managing the defect resolution lifecycle, and performing final production validation.
Serve as a senior technical QA liaison with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure stable and compliant operations through all testing phases.
Provide extensive Quality Assurance and Systems support for all upgrades, interface enhancements, configuration changes, and system security testing efforts.
Coordinate rigorous cross-module testing and alignment to ensure functional changes in workflows do not introduce downstream quality defects or system conflicts.
Support quality audit and compliance activities by providing expert testing insights into clear and concise processes, data structures, and financial reconciliation testing workflows.
Lead rigorous root cause analysis (RCA) for complex production issues across all system modules, coordinating and ensuring the successful implementation of quality resolutions.
Requirements
Proven Agile Testing Experience - Required 8+ Years
Manual Test Case Creation and Test Data Preparation - Required 10 Years
Test Case Execution and Defect Tracking - Required 10 Years
Reporting and Test Summary Documentation - Required 10 Years
Extensive experience (5+ years) leveraging and testing large-scale claims processing platforms, preferably within the Healthcare domain
Expert-level experience (10+ years) coordinating and managing system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and comprehensive end-to-end testing activities across an Agile environment.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Test Management Tools - Required 5+ Years
Strong Debugging and Problem-Solving Skills - Required 8+ Years
