Quality Analyst
Title: Product Quality AnalystDuration: 6 months ContractLocation: Richmond Virginia 23233 Pay Rate : $43.46 - $48.96 Hourly SummarySupport the initial review and operationalization of filings, and other regulatory requirements, through the forms review and product release process. Including, but not limited to new filing documents and state filing submissions, filing objection response reviews, product builds, product maintenance and review of product supporting documentation.Job FunctionsRegular, predictable, reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.Key responsibilities which take no less than 10% of overall job time:• Review all documents created by Policy Design and Product Configuration teams for accuracy and compliance to source documents. This includes, but is not limited to pre-filed forms, Certificates/Policies, Declaration Pages/Coverage Summaries, Amendments, Endorsements, Notices and Templates.• Audit all aspects of Product Builds within back office systems to ensure accuracy and alignment with filing and product parameters document.• Review policy fulfilment packages and product setup in back office systems for product accuracy and regulatory compliance.• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for products and regulatory requirements.• Uphold regulatory standards of all filed forms in order to maintain compliance and ensure clarity to external customers.• Produce and validate testing efforts to ensure document and configuration accuracy.• Review modifications to objection responses by Policy Design team to ensure the accuracy of the format and intent of responses.• Communicate effectively with all team members in a highly collaborative environment.• Participate in reviewing and/or testing new procedures, processes, systems and reports for quality and accuracy prior to implementation.• Update JIRA to capture real time Configuration and Forms activity and results based on outcome of reviews.• Create and maintain relevant training documentation/standard operating procedures as business processes and procedures change.• Review state filing submission documentation and product parameters documents for accuracy and intent.• May perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in business, English or related field or equivalent combination of work and education experience.• One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in insurance a plus.• Proficiency with MS Office, word processing, proofreading, formatting and editing tools required.• Knowledge of QA concepts, practices and procedures preferred.• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish preferred.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
