Licensed Practical Nurse

Sign‐on Incentive: Experienced candidates may be eligible for a sign‐on bonus of up to $7,500. Early‐career candidates may qualify for up to $12,500 in tuition forgiveness. Education/Experience Minimum Required: Graduated an accredited school of Practical NursingLicense/Certification Minimum Required: Current New York State Practical Nurse License, a Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90 day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines Preferred: Basic Skills Certifications (CPR) Work Environment Work is performed in an office environment and patient care areas which require working in proximity to other employees and patients. Rooms are air conditioned and heated. Frequent walking, standing, bending, pushing, and lifting. Fast paced environment with frequent interruptions. Exposure to equipment cleaning solutions and disinfectants. PPE (Eyewear, Masks, Face shields, Shoe covers, and Gloves) as required by UHS Hospitals Infection Control policies.
