We are a mid-sized, full-service business firm with deep Texas roots and a national client base, offering sophisticated, high-impact litigation without the bureaucracy of Big Law.Our litigation practice handles complex commercial disputes, including matters involving employment, commercial real estate, healthcare, intellectual property, fiduciary duty, construction, securities and financial services, energy and natural resources, and compliance and regulatory issues. We are looking for attorneys who are motivated, collaborative, and eager to take ownership of their work while building long-term client relationships.What You'll Do:Handle all phases of civil and commercial litigation, from case development through resolution or trialDraft pleadings, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions; and appear at hearings and mediationsWork directly with clients to provide practical, business-oriented legal solutionsCollaborate closely with experienced trial lawyers in a supportive, team-oriented environmentFor senior attorneys, contribute to business development efforts and mentor junior lawyersWhat We're Looking For:Litigation experience ranging from 2+ years to senior-level trial experienceStrong research, writing, advocacy, and communication skillsInitiative, sound judgment, and a solutions-driven mindsetAdmission to the Texas Bar and good standingFor more senior candidates, demonstrated business development ability or a portable practice is a plusWhy Kessler Collins:We offer the sophistication and resources of an established firm with the culture of a close-knit, entrepreneurial team.
