Head of Operations

We're hiring a Head of Operations at Gross Labs.Gross Labs is a modern family enterprise founded by Nick Gross — building, acquiring, and investing across sports, media, entertainment, education, real estate, hospitality, and consumer ventures.This is the central execution role across the enterprise. You'll work directly with Nick as a trusted strategic partner, translating vision into operational rigor across our operating companies, investment portfolio, and development projects — including a 60-acre mixed-use district and the OKC Corral par-3 destination.━━━━━━━━━━What you'll own:— Enterprise operating cadence across all business units— KPI dashboards and executive performance tracking— Cross-company coordination and stakeholder alignment— Milestone oversight across OKC development initiatives— Governance, reporting infrastructure, and process design— Strategic briefings and decision frameworks for the CEO━━━━━━━━━━What we're looking for:7–15+ years in operations, COO, Chief of Staff, or executive leadership — ideally within multi-entity businesses, holding companies, family offices, or founder-led platforms. Strong financial, operational, and project management fluency is essential.
