Licensed Real Estate Transaction & Office Coordinator

PRG REALTORS is seeking a licensed, bilingual (English/Spanish) Transaction & Office Coordinator to support our agents and help ensure smooth, compliant transactions from contract to close.This role is ideal for someone with real estate experience—possibly a current or former agent—who enjoys the operational side of the business and wants to play a key support role inside a growing brokerage.You will assist agents with transactions, help maintain compliance, and be present in the office part-time to support daily operations and team needs.Responsibilities:Manage real estate transactions from contract to closeEnsure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliantCoordinate with title companies, lenders, clients, and vendorsSchedule inspections, repairs, and key transaction deadlinesTrack timelines and proactively communicate updates to all partiesSupport agents with transaction-related questions and processesAssist with compliance and file management systemsMaintain organized and up-to-date transaction recordsBe available in the office 2–3 days per week to support agents and staffAssist with general office operations and administrative supportQualifications:Bilingual (English/Spanish) – RequiredActive Texas Real Estate License (or previous experience as a licensed agent strongly preferred)2+ years of real estate transaction experience (agent, coordinator, or admin)Strong understanding of contracts and the closing processHighly organized with strong attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple transactions at onceComfortable using real estate systems (MLS, transaction management platforms, CRM tools)Team-oriented with a positive, service-minded attitudeAbout Company:At PRG REALTORS, we believe Everyone Deserves a PRO-Guide in Real Estate.We are a growing brokerage of over 100 agents focused on helping real estate professionals build real businesses—not just chase transactions.We provide the tools, systems, support, and leadership agents need to grow from good to great—without the confusion, lack of support, or isolation many agents experience elsewhere.If you're looking for a brokerage that is invested in your success, you'll feel the difference at PRG.
