Job Summary: Join a dedicated clinical team providing compassionate healthcare and patient management in a dynamic practice setting. Your daily tasks will adapt to meet the evolving needs of the clinic, ensuring excellent patient care and support.Essential Responsibilities:Deliver direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk individuals. Provide reassurance, clear education, and guidance to patients.Coordinate efficient healthcare delivery throughout patient visits, ensuring medical records are accurate and up to date. Prepare patients for examinations by collecting vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints. Monitor and communicate abnormal patient conditions to physicians, documenting all findings thoroughly.Support physicians during testing and treatment procedures, including applying splints and dressings, managing medication samples, and arranging necessary patient testing or admissions. Assist with minor surgeries and physicals, ensuring all consents are obtained prior to invasive procedures or immunizations.Maintain well-stocked and organized patient care areas, ensuring cleanliness and sterilization protocols are followed. Manage supplies and equipment to support smooth clinical operations.Perform laboratory tests and maintain lab logs as prescribed, while assisting in patient education and confirming understanding of treatment plans and medication usage.Education and Experience Required: Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Program.Work Shift: Day shift, full-time (40 hours per week).This opportunity is located in a welcoming healthcare environment serving the Midwest region of the United States.
