Primary Skills: Qualitative Research Advanced, Quantitative Analysis Proficient, Usability Testing Expert, Persona Development Skilled, Journey Mapping Intermediate Contract Type: W2 Duration: 3+ Months Location: Sunnyvale, CA Pay Range: $65-$70 per hour on W2 Job Summary: The UI/UX Researcher is responsible for planning and conducting user research to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. This role translates research insights into actionable recommendations that enhance product usability and overall user experience, working closely with cross-functional teams including design, product, and engineering.
