You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments while contributing to process improvements.What You'll Do:Maintain vendor records and manage new vendor setupsMatch purchase orders and invoices to receiptsProcess non-PO invoices and assign GL accounts after approvalsValidate pricing and resolve invoice discrepanciesEnter invoices into the system accurately and on timeReconcile monthly statements and research variancesSelect and process invoices for paymentAssist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For:Several years of high-volume Accounts Payable experienceStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively with vendors and colleaguesCollaborative team player with a positive attitude
