Purpose and Scope of Job:
The SharePoint Developer will be expected to perform Microsoft SharePoint Designer and Microsoft SharePoint Programmer developer and administrator tasks. The successful candidate will also possess the ability to identify enhancements to the tool.
Duties:
Performs SharePoint developer and administrator tasks to include, but not limited to:
Creating/modifying/deploying templates and workflows
Application software integration, analysis, design, testing; and
Site and subsite creation and maintenance.
Suggest enhancements and build a better user interface.
Keeps abreast of new technologies, explore new product and tools, and provides recommendations to be considered for increased efficiency.
Updates documentation, processes and customer support documentation as needed.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Prior working experience in SharePoint Designer is highly desired
Experience with SharePoint requirements, design, testing, validation, deployment and user administration
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL and other languages is required
Working experience with PowerApps, PowerBI, and Power Automate highly desirable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
Possess planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail
Candidate must be self-motivated and able to learn new technology areas, as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree in computer technology or information technology, or equivalent experience.
0-2 years of programming experience. This position is designed for an entry level position.
Educational and/or practical exposure/experience with SQL, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
