American Traveler is seeking an experienced Home Health RN with active OR and WA licenses and Epic charting experience.Job Details• Home Health position based in the Portland, OR area,• Serves a variable territory with daily travel, averaging 40 miles per day,• Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week,• One weekend of on-call duty required per month,• Uses laptop with Epic EMR for documentation,Job Requirements• Active RN licenses in Oregon and Washington required at time of consideration,• Experience with Epic EMR required,• Ability to travel daily within the assigned region,• Submission requires last 4 digits of SSN and DOB,Additional Information• Duties include providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across a flexible territory,• Housing near the Portland facility is recommended due to territory coverage,• Both local and travel candidates are eligible for the same pay rate,
